It is extremely important that the email address on file with PayPal that you use to subscribe to the journal is correct!!!!!  Please also use your "billing" first name as the first name you use to register.

Your username and password, in most cases, will be activated within 24 hours of receiving your payment.  I apologize for this delay and will try very hard to get this information to you sooner if at all possible.
